Rakuten (formerly Ebates) has a new signup offer that gives you $30 when you sign up and for every friend you refer. If you prefer Membership Rewards, then you can get 3,000 points. For most people that can easily be worth $45 or more.

This is a decent bonus for new Rakuten users. Most people will probably prefer the Membership Rewards offer since you can easily get about $45-$50 value out of the points. But if you just want cash, you can go for the regular cashback account.
Just make sure you complete the required purchases for each offer within 90 days. Also keep in mind that we have seen better offers in the past, for as high as $40 signup bonus.
