Firm brings "amazing depth of experience"

International broker Hub International Limited has announced that it has acquired the assets of Franklin Financial Group and Franklin Investment Group, collectively known as Franklin Financial Group (FFG). terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Maryland-based FFG is a financial services firm that provides employee benefits and insurance services to individuals and businesses. As part of the transaction, William Franklin, Haswell Franklin Jr., James Franklin and Henry Franklin, all managing principals of FFG, will join Hub Mid-Atlantic.
The FFG team will also join Hub Mid-Atlantic, Hub said in a news release.

“The Franklin Financial Group team brings amazing depth of experience across retirement plan management, wealth management solutions and employee benefits and insurance,” said Joe DeNotior, president of Hub Retirement and Private Wealth. “They will be a great presence for us in the Baltimore area.”
Last month, Hub announced the acquisition of Virginia-headquartered Asset Protection Group and Oregon-based Great Basin Insurance.
