Free Peacock TV for Spectrum Customers
Cable giant Spectrum has announced that it will be offering Peacock TV for free for both cable subscribers and cord-cutters who use its internet service only. The regular price for a Peacock subscription is $4.99 per month or $9.99 for those who want to upgrade to the ad-free plan.
But now you can enjoy 12 months if you’re a qualified Spectrum TV customer (other than the Basic tier or Essentials product), or 90 days if you’re a qualified Spectrum Internet customer (including the TV Essentials product). If you’re a qualified Spectrum customer and already have subscribed to a Peacock Premium or Peacock Premium Plus plan, you’ll need to cancel your existing Peacock billing and then, after the billing date has passed, link your Spectrum account to your Peacock account.
Keep in mind that you can also get free Peacock TV with your Amex Platinum card as well. Amex recently introduced a new $240 per year digital credit. Platinum cardholders can get up to $20 a month on four services: Audible, SiriusXM, The New York Times, and Peacock. That means that you can get the Peackock ad-free plan for free.

If you redeemed the offer through Spectrum and want to cancel before you are charged at the end of the offer period, you can follow these steps:
- Log into your account.
- Go to Upcoming Payments.
- Click on Cancel Payment.
- Review the prompt that states that your upcoming payment will be canceled, and click on Cancel Payment within the dialogue box.
- Once confirmed, you will see a confirmation message on screen.
