If you have an Amex Platinum Card you should first look at Fine Hotels + Resorts from Amex. You can use up your $200 annual credit, and there are many sub $200 properties. These bookings through FHR often get you $160 in dining credits on a one night stay.
But this Hilton promotion could also be useful. Some properties such as Tropicana Las Vegas – a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, are going for as low as $46 a night. The bonus points should be worth at least $30-$35. You can also stack it with ongoing promotion for double and triple points. it’s not quite the fancy Vegas stay that everyone dreams of, but it’s pretty cheap.
