New execs "will have a critical impact," says CEO

Cogitate Technology Solutions, a provider of cloud-native solutions for property-casualty insurers and delegated underwriting authority enterprises (DUAE), has announced two key appointments.
Niraj Trivedi has been appointed as the company’s chief architect, while Siddharth Kotwal has been named senior vice president of delivery and quality.
Trivedi has more than three decades of industry experience, previously serving in roles at Majesco spanning from technology architect to chief technology officer. At Majesco, he successfully oversaw the development and management of P&C technology platforms, including product migration to software-as-a-service (SaaS) and the creation of an API First platform.
In his new role, Trivedi’s primary responsibility will be spearheading product innovation and development, with a particular focus on leveraging low-code/no-Code tools to expedite core platform implementations in the P&C domain.

“Cogitate is a fast-growing company, led by a team of people with extensive insurance domain knowledge,” Trivedi said. “They have a strong, serious passion and desire to improve solutions for the industry, and that attracted me to the role.”
Kotwal has two decades of experience in product delivery, support, and client management for tier 1-4 carriers. Prior to joining Cogitate, Kotwal served as vice president of product delivery at Majesco. As Cogitate enters its next phase of growth, Kotwal’s role will be pivotal in scaling and managing new and ongoing implementations.

In September last year, Cogitate announced the addition of insurtech veteran Piyush Singh to its board of directors.
