As an extra gift to yourself, purchases made in your Top spend category through PayPal, a Q4 quarterly bonus category, will earn a total of 9% cash back. Since the Freedom Flex card already earns 3% cash back on dining and drugstore purchases, you can now earn a total of 7% cash back with the top spend category bonus. Additionally, Walmart is a bonus category this quarter and cardmembers will automatically earn 5% cashback when shopping for gifts, groceries and more when shopping at in-stores or online.
Your total spend from purchases made in your top spend category will be calculated at the end of the offer period, December 31, 2021. Allow up to 8 weeks after the end of the offer period for your bonus cash back to post to your account.
